The prices here are outstanding, especially considering the quality of the products. Their fresh produce section is consistently stocked with fruits and vegetables that are fresh and affordable, and the selection of meats, dairy products, frozen foods, and pantry essentials gives you everything you need at prices that are hard to beat anywhere else. ALDI also has a great variety of organic options, healthy snacks, and specialty products that make it easy to shop for both everyday meals and unique items. One of the best parts about this location is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and works incredibly hard to keep the store running smoothly. The checkout process is always fast and efficient, and the employees are helpful whenever you need assistance finding something. Even during busy shopping hours, the team keeps things moving quickly and maintains a positive atmosphere. I also love checking out the ALDI Finds section because there is always something new and interesting each week. From household items and kitchen products to seasonal décor and snacks, you never know what great deal you’ll come across. It adds a fun experience to every visit. Overall, this Hackensack location delivers everything you could want in a grocery store — excellent prices, quality products, fast service, and a clean shopping environment. "I’ve visited several Aldi locations, but the Hackensack store is by far the best! The service is outstanding, the employees are incredibly kind, and the manager is an amazing, down-to-earth person who truly supports both the team and the customers. "This chain store never met a chemical or a preservative it didn't want to put in its goods. Aldi is very disappointing in this regard. There are ways around doing this, but its clear that Aldi is just a big corporation that cares more about its bottom line then my family's health. Shame -- and in this day and age, no less."

"My visit was probably on the busiest day of the week. So the organization and appearance of the sections wasn’t the best but that’s not why people shop here. The prices are great on many of the products. The vastly majority of the products at an Aldi if you didn’t already know are their private brand and in my opinion high quality. Every section although looked very shopped by customers is fully stocked and easy to reach. Customer service: As like many other businesses the signs of the times is a light staff but the staff I observed are always working so hard. I hope Aldi recognizes their hard work and appreciates them because this customer does. The cashiers are friendly and very very quick. They don’t mess around. They get the lines moving fast. Their system is great. 5 out of 5 customer service. I had interaction with manager in the past too, very nice and accommodating. Parking: 3 out of 5, not the best or easiest to find a spot. Not really much Alsi can do about that but worth mentioning. This particular Aldi seems to be one of the busiest and best run."

"I bought some fish on Friday it was on sale, but when I got to the apartment, I noticed it was spoiled. I celebrate the Sabbath so, I couldn't return. Well I had unpack one which I threw in the trash. This afternoon I returned I was told by 1st the cashier that since I had purchased it on the day it was to expire I couldn't return it back, then by who I think iwss the assistant manager she told me I had got a discount so I couldn't return it. Then the manager come out he just flat state there weren't any refunds on expired food. I tried to explain my position and he then threatened to call the police. I'm a Latino so, I guess he thought I will be scared and run off. I left the fish took a photo. And I'm going to be writing Aldi and posting on all the social medias. Is un real the cost/lost was less than $10.09."
